The objective of this project was to conduct a preliminary research on ‘What type of content is most engaging for users on Facebook?’

Description: This research project was focused on improving the user experience of UT student' UT Shuttle Service (Capital Metro Service - Austin) experience. To achieve this a user research was conducted followed by insight generation and product redesign recommendations for improved user experience

Project: Economics of Information Security
Description: The objective of this study was to understand the challenges involved in measuring the cyber-attack risks and then building a metrics to solve a part of the problem in order to improve security of the data and information. Based on the extensive research the Probabilistic Single Data Breach Cost (PSDBC) Model was developed to estimate the loss from a single data breach incident. Various factors like discover and contain cost, investigation and repair cost, cost associated with data loss, revenue loss from clients, damage to brand and reputation, legal fees involved, fines and judgments leverage against the enterprise were taken into consideration to build this cost model.
