Project: Borrower's Classification for a Loan and Investment Company
Description: The objective of this project was to predict whether a borrower will default on their loan or not for a Loan and Investment Company. The data for the project was downloaded from Lendingclub.com which is world’s largest online credit marketplace, facilitating personal loans, business loans, and financing for elective medical procedures. The downloaded data included 5113 observations which were analyzed using various statistical tools and data mining techniques like logistic regression, decision tree and neural networks.

Project: Correlation Analysis
Description: This objective of this project was to understand the correlation between the number of medals a country won in an Olympic and GDP/Population. The datasets of Olympic medals, country's GDP and population were downloaded and preprocessed using Python. The data was then extracted and analysed using Microsoft excel for the purpose of correlation analysis.

Project: Work-Life Balance - Survey Data Analysis
Description:This project was a part of research study by a professor at the Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar. This study was focused on work-life balance problem among industry professionals. The data involved responses from 152 industry professionals and was analyzed using advanced excel tools.

Project: Attrition Analysis
Description: This project involved attrition analysis for an Indian textile company. The management was willing to find out the main reason of their employee attrition so that necessary measures can be taken to curb the attrition in the company. To attain the objective, an exit interview data analysis was performed which helped in understanding the main reason of attrition. The attrition rate was then compared with industry standard followed by an exercise of strategizing the ways to curb attrition.
